Preparing your skin correctly helps achieve the best possible results and keeps your skin healthy.

Retinol & Active Skincare
If you are using retinol or active skincare, please stop use at least 5–7 days before and after your appointment.

Active ingredients can make the skin more sensitive and may increase the risk of irritation, lifting or grazing during treatments such as waxing.

If you are using a higher-strength retinol, waxing may not be suitable and an alternative method such as tweezing or threading may be used instead.

Skin Preparation
Dry or dehydrated skin can affect how tint develops and may increase sensitivity during treatment. Keeping the skin and brow area well-nourished will help achieve a more even, long-lasting result.

Tanning Products
Please avoid wearing any facial tan, including gradual tan or tanning drops, to your appointment. These can affect how tint develops and may cause uneven or altered colour results.

Sun & Sunbeds
Avoid sunbeds and excessive sun exposure for 3–4 days before and after your appointment, as this can increase skin sensitivity.

If you are planning a holiday, it’s best to allow a few days between your appointment and sun exposure.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please note the following:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged in full, as this impacts the rest of the day.

Please only book the appointment you intend to keep. Booking multiple time slots and cancelling later prevents other clients from securing appointments.

Repeatedly moving or rescheduling appointments may result in future bookings being limited.

A valid card must be held on file to secure all bookings. Card details are stored securely within Timely and will only be charged in line with the cancellation and no-show policy.
Any outstanding fees must be cleared before further appointments can be booked.

I work limited Saturdays (usually the first Saturday of each month), which book up quickly and are reserved for existing clients only

Cancellations & Charges
